Standard Consultation

  • Duration: 20 minutes

    Each follow-up session is unique and responsive to how your body is doing that day.
    We re-evaluate key areas, make precise adjustments, and offer practical tools to support your progress outside the clinic.

    These sessions are never rushed — we focus on sustainable change, not temporary fixes.

    • Chiropractic adjustment (manual or instrument-assisted)
